Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") forms part of the Terms of Service and applies to every customer and every domain routed through Itnetic. Where this AUP is more specific than Section 7 of the Terms, this AUP governs.

You are responsible for all Customer Content and all end-user traffic on the domains you route to us, whether or not you created it.

1. Zero tolerance — immediate termination and reporting

We terminate without notice and report to the competent authorities:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that sexualises, exploits or endangers minors.
• Content that incites terrorism or constitutes terrorist content under Regulation (EU) 2021/784.
• Active phishing targeting third parties, and infrastructure used for credential harvesting.
• Malware, ransomware, spyware, or exploit-kit distribution.
• Command-and-control infrastructure for botnets.

2. Prohibited uses

You must not use the Service, and must not let anyone else use it, to:

Unlawful content and activity

1. Break any applicable law, or infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity or personality rights.
2. Host or link to fraudulent, deceptive or counterfeit offerings, fake shops, or investment/crypto scams.
3. Publish content that is defamatory, that harasses or stalks an individual, or that incites violence or unlawful discrimination.
4. Distribute non-consensual intimate imagery or doxxing material.

Attacks and network abuse

5. Launch or facilitate DDoS attacks, port scanning, intrusion attempts, credential stuffing, brute forcing or vulnerability exploitation against anyone.
6. Send unsolicited bulk email or run a service whose primary purpose is spam, or host the landing pages for a spam campaign.
7. Operate open proxies, open relays, anonymisation exit nodes, or traffic-laundering services on top of the Service.
8. Front traffic for infrastructure or content you do not own or control, or use the Service to conceal the origin of malicious activity.

Against Itnetic

9. Circumvent usage metering, bandwidth limits, rate limits, plan limits, security controls or IP restrictions.
10. Resell, sublicense or white-label the Service without our written permission.
11. Probe, scan or load-test our systems without prior written authorisation (see the Security Policy for the authorised research channel).
12. Interfere with the integrity or performance of the Service or with other customers' use of it.

Sanctions and export control

13. Use the Service in breach of EU or applicable export-control or sanctions law, or for the benefit of comprehensively sanctioned jurisdictions or listed persons.

3. Fair use of the network

The Service is intended primarily for proxying web (HTTP/HTTPS) content.

• Do not use the CDN as a general-purpose file store, backup target or personal cloud drive.
• Do not serve a disproportionate volume of large non-web media — video streaming, game clients, disk images, software mirrors — in a way inconsistent with your Plan, unless we have agreed in writing.
• Attack traffic we mitigate does not count against your bandwidth allowance. Legitimate traffic does. See Terms Section 6 for the 10% overage buffer.

4. Enforcement

We choose the least disruptive measure that is effective. Depending on severity and repetition, we may:

1. Contact you and ask you to fix the problem within a stated period.
2. Rate-limit, challenge or cache-bypass the affected traffic.
3. Disable access to a specific URL or path.
4. Suspend a single domain.
5. Suspend or terminate the account.

Emergency action. Where there is a serious and immediate risk — active illegal content, an attack being run through our network, a security threat, or a risk to the network's stability — we may act immediately and without prior notice, and tell you afterwards.

Appeals. If you believe we acted wrongly, reply to the enforcement notice or write to chlibekbusiness@gmail.com. We review appeals ourselves; there is no automated final decision. Where the Digital Services Act gives you a right to a statement of reasons, you will receive one.

Because we sit at the network edge, we are usually not the host of the content complained about. Where we can, we prefer to route a complaint to you rather than act on the content ourselves.

6. Changes

We may update this AUP. Material changes are announced with reasonable notice under Section 18 of the Terms.
